Thank you for shopping at SOFIRABATH. We want your bath care products to arrive safely, clearly, and on time.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, tracked, and handled when delivery issues occur after you place an order on the official SOFIRABATH website.

This policy applies to bath tools, body brushes, bath poufs, exfoliating gloves, washcloths, bath towels, shower care sets, SPA gift sets, and other bath care accessories purchased from SOFIRABATH.

1. Order Processing Time

After payment is successfully completed, we usually process orders within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

During holidays, promotions, high order volume, or when an order requires additional review, processing time may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in order processing, we will do our best to notify you by email.

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause order delays or delivery failure.

2. Shipping from the United States

Orders from SOFIRABATH are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment location.

This helps us provide a clearer and more stable delivery process for U.S. customers. Most domestic U.S. orders will be delivered through standard U.S. shipping carriers after processing is completed.

3. Shipping Areas

We currently mainly support shipping within the United States.

If available at checkout, some international regions may also be supported. International shipping availability depends on the destination country, product type, shipping carrier, customs requirements, and local delivery conditions.

If your address is not currently supported, the checkout page may show that delivery is unavailable or may not allow the order to be completed for that region.

4. Free Shipping Policy

SOFIRABATH offers free shipping for orders over $49.

The free shipping threshold is usually based on the discounted product subtotal and does not include taxes, import fees, or other additional charges.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold may incur shipping fees. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page, and customers can confirm the final amount before payment.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time starts from the date the order is shipped and does not include order processing time.

Orders within the United States
After shipment, U.S. orders are usually estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days.

The exact delivery time may be affected by the shipping address, carrier, weather, holidays, and local delivery volume.

International Orders
If international shipping is supported, international orders are usually estimated to arrive within 7–20 business days after shipment.

International delivery may be extended due to customs clearance, local logistics handling, import procedures, holidays, or delivery conditions in the destination country.

Please note that all delivery times above are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address used when placing the order.

The shipping confirmation email usually includes:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Tracking link
  • Shipped item details

Tracking information usually takes 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If the tracking number does not show information immediately, please allow time for the carrier system to update.

7. Shipping Methods

The specific shipping method will be determined based on the shipping address, product type, package weight, package size, and available shipping services.

Most products sold by SOFIRABATH are lightweight bath care items, such as exfoliating gloves, bath poufs, body brushes, washcloths, and bath towels. Some shower care sets or SPA gift sets may require additional packaging to reduce the risk of compression, deformation, or damage during shipping.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully confirm the following information:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City
  • State / Province
  • ZIP / Postal code
  • Country / Region
  • Phone number
  • Email address

SOFIRABATH is not responsible for free reshipment or full refund if an order is delayed, delivery fails, the package is returned, or the package is lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered processing, packing, or shipment, we may no longer be able to change the address.

9. Delivery Failure, Refused Packages, or Returned Packages

Packages may be returned for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Recipient refuses delivery
  • Package is not collected
  • Invalid contact information
  • Local carrier cannot complete delivery
  • International order duties or import fees are not paid

If a package is returned, we will contact the customer after receiving and inspecting the returned package.

If the customer requests reshipment, additional shipping fees may be required.

If the customer no longer wants the order, the refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier fees, or other unrecoverable costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Lost or Delayed Packages

Most packages are delivered within the estimated timeframe, but the following situations may cause delivery delays:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday shipping peaks
  • Incorrect address information
  • Customs clearance
  • Local delivery issues
  • Events beyond our control

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 3 business days, or if your package is significantly past the estimated delivery time and still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

We will assist in checking the logistics information and, when appropriate, help contact the carrier for inquiry.

Please note that a delivery delay does not necessarily mean the package is lost. Some packages may experience delayed tracking updates while in transit.

11. Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Not Received

If tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not actually received it, please first check the following places:

  • Front door or porch
  • Mailbox
  • Parcel locker
  • Apartment front desk
  • Property office or mailroom
  • Side entrance, garage, or nearby delivery area
  • Whether a neighbor or household member received it on your behalf

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 3 days after the tracking status shows delivered.

We will assist in checking based on available logistics information. If the carrier confirms that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout, SOFIRABATH may not be responsible for reshipment or refund unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue.

12. Products Damaged During Shipping

We do our best to properly package orders, especially products that may require protective packaging, such as shower care sets, SPA gift sets, body brushes, bath poufs, washcloths, and exfoliating gloves.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days after the tracking status shows delivered and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging or mailer bag
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and may provide a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution based on the actual circumstances.

Please keep the original packaging and product until the issue is resolved.

13. Missing Items or Wrong Items Received

If your order is missing items or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days after the tracking status shows delivered.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of all items received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the missing or incorrect item

If you purchased a shower care set, SPA gift set, or multi-piece bath tool set, please check the included contents according to the product page.

If missing items or wrong shipment is confirmed, we may provide reshipment, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.

14. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, especially when the order contains multiple bath tools, care sets, exfoliating gloves, bath towels, body brushes, or gift sets.

If your order is shipped in separate packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, split shipments will not result in additional shipping charges.

15. International Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, the destination country or region may charge the following fees:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Customs handling fees
  • Local taxes or other government fees

Unless the checkout page clearly states that such fees are included, these fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by the destination country or region.

SOFIRABATH is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, unpaid import fees, or local import restrictions.

16. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, customers may request a return after receiving the product according to our Return Policy.

17. Product Type and Hygiene Notice

SOFIRABATH sells personal care and cleansing products, including exfoliating gloves, body brushes, bath poufs, bath towels, washcloths, bathroom care sets, and related items.

Because these products are used for personal cleansing and hygiene care, customers should inspect the order immediately after receiving it. If you find shipping damage, wrong items, missing items, or any clear abnormality, please contact us before using the product.

Used personal care products may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or allowed under our Return Policy.
