Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at SOFIRABATH. We understand that customers may need to cancel an order after placing it due to an incorrect address, duplicate order, wrong item selection, change of purchase plan, or other reasons.

This Cancellation Policy explains the applicable conditions for order cancellation, the request process, refund arrangements, and situations where an order cannot be canceled.

This policy applies to bath tools, body brushes, bath poufs, exfoliating gloves, washcloths, bath towels, shower care sets, SPA gift sets, and other personal care accessories purchased from the official SOFIRABATH website.

1. Order Cancellation Request Time

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

After payment is successfully completed, we usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Because we arrange order confirmation, product preparation, packaging, and shipment as quickly as possible, once an order enters processing, packing, or shipping, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

After receiving your cancellation request, we will review it based on the current order status.

2. Orders That Can Usually Be Canceled

Orders can usually be canceled in the following situations:

  • The order has not yet been processed
  • The order has not yet been packed
  • A shipping label has not yet been generated
  • The order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier
  • The customer immediately notices an incorrect shipping address after placing the order
  • The customer placed a duplicate order
  • The customer selected the wrong product, color, style, set, or quantity
  • The customer wishes to cancel before shipment

If the order meets the cancellation conditions, we will cancel the order and arrange a refund to the customer’s original payment method.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders may not be canceled in the following situations:

  • The order has already entered processing
  • The order has already been packed
  • A shipping label has already been generated
  • The order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier
  • The order has already been shipped
  • The package is already in transit
  • The order has entered warehouse operations and can no longer be stopped
  • The order can no longer be stopped when the customer submits the cancellation request

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be handled as an order cancellation. If the customer wishes to return the product, the customer must follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

4. Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we can usually assist the customer in canceling the order.

After cancellation is successful, we will notify the customer by email and arrange a refund to the original payment method.

After the refund is submitted, the exact time for the funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank, credit card institution, or payment service provider. In general, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in the customer’s account.

5. Cancellation Restrictions for Processed Orders

Because SOFIRABATH sells products such as bath poufs, exfoliating gloves, body brushes, washcloths, bath towels, shower care sets, and SPA gift sets, some orders may need product verification, hygienic packaging, and shipping packaging before dispatch.

Once an order enters any of the following stages, it may no longer be possible to cancel, even if tracking information has not yet updated:

  • Products have been allocated from inventory
  • Products have entered the packing process
  • Set products have started content verification
  • A shipping label has been generated
  • The package is waiting for carrier pickup
  • The package has been handed over to the carrier

If the order cannot be canceled, we will notify the customer by email. The customer may request a return after receiving the product according to the Return Policy, but the product must meet the hygiene return requirements for personal care items.

6. Shipped Orders

If the order has already been shipped, or if a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled.

If the customer no longer wants the product after it has been shipped, the customer may request a return after receiving the product according to our Return Policy.

Please note:

  • Shipped orders cannot be directly canceled
  • Original shipping fees may not be refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility
  • Products must meet the return conditions
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and not have come into contact with the body
  • Original packaging, tags, instruction cards, accessories, and free gifts must remain complete
  • Refusing delivery without prior confirmation may affect refund processing

7. Cancellation or Modification Due to Incorrect Address

If the customer notices an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we will do our best to help modify the address or cancel the order.

However, if the order has already entered processing, packaging, shipping label generation, or shipment, we may not be able to modify the address or cancel the order.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. Delivery delays, returned packages, lost packages, or reshipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Duplicate Order Cancellation

If a customer accidentally places a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the duplicate order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we can assist in canceling one of the orders and arrange a refund.

If the duplicate order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. The customer may request a return after receiving the product according to the Return Policy.

9. Cancellation After Selecting the Wrong Product

If the customer realizes after placing an order that the wrong product was selected, such as:

  • Wrong bath pouf, exfoliating glove, or body brush
  • Wrong bath towel, washcloth, or care set
  • Wrong color, style, set, or quantity
  • Wrong gift set purchased
  • Incorrect order quantity

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to help cancel or adjust the order.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. After receiving the product, the customer may request a return or exchange according to the Return Policy, but the product must meet the hygiene return conditions.

10. Order Cancellation Due to Out of Stock or Fulfillment Issues

In rare cases, SOFIRABATH may proactively cancel an order due to the following reasons:

  • Product is temporarily out of stock
  • Inventory information is inaccurate
  • Product does not pass pre-shipment inspection
  • Set product is missing necessary accessories
  • Shipping address is undeliverable
  • Order information is incomplete and the customer cannot be contacted for confirmation
  • Payment or order shows abnormal risk
  • Delivery cannot be completed due to logistics, legal, or compliance reasons

If an order is canceled by SOFIRABATH, we will notify the customer by email and arrange a refund to the original payment method.

11. Payment Issues or Risk Order Cancellation

To protect customer and website transaction security, we may conduct additional reviews for certain orders.

If an order has any of the following issues, we may suspend processing or cancel the order:

  • Abnormal payment information
  • Significant abnormality between billing address and shipping address
  • Invalid contact email or phone number
  • Abnormal order amount or purchasing behavior
  • Payment institution indicates transaction risk
  • Order shows suspected fraud risk
  • Customer cannot provide necessary order confirmation information

If the order is canceled, we will arrange a refund according to the actual situation. For high-risk or abnormal transactions, refund timing may be affected by the payment institution’s processing procedures.

12. Refund After Order Cancellation

After an order is successfully canceled, the refund will be returned to the customer’s original payment method.

We cannot refund to a bank card, account, or other third-party payment method that is unrelated to the original payment method used for the order.

After the refund is submitted, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear in the customer’s account. The exact time depends on the bank, credit card institution, or payment service provider.

If the refund has not arrived after a reasonable period, please first contact your bank or card issuer for an update. If there are still issues, you may contact us for assistance.

13. Cancellation of Orders Using Promo Codes

If a customer cancels an order that used a promo code, discount, spend-and-save offer, bundle discount, or promotion, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer.

The refund will not be calculated based on the original product price.

If only part of an order is canceled, whether the remaining items still meet the discount conditions or the $49 free shipping threshold may affect the final refund amount.

14. Partial Order Cancellation

If an order contains multiple products and the customer wishes to cancel only part of the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For example:

  • Cancel only one bath pouf
  • Cancel only one body brush
  • Cancel only one bath towel or washcloth
  • Keep the main product but cancel part of a set that can be handled separately

If the relevant product has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to assist with partial cancellation.

If part of the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

After partial cancellation, the order amount, shipping fee, discount, and free shipping eligibility may be recalculated.

15. Refusing Delivery Does Not Equal Order Cancellation

If a customer refuses a package without our prior confirmation, it does not mean the order has been successfully canceled.

Refusing delivery may result in the following fees:

  • Original shipping fee
  • Return shipping fee
  • Carrier handling fee
  • Storage fee
  • Other unrecoverable costs

The above fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the refused package is lost, damaged, destroyed, or cannot be returned during the return process, we may not be able to provide a refund.

16. International Order Cancellation

International orders are also subject to this Cancellation Policy.

If an international order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to assist with cancellation.

If an international order has already been shipped, entered customs clearance, or been handed over to the local shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. If the customer needs to return the product, the customer must follow our Return Policy.

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, refuses customs clearance, fails to cooperate with local logistics, or does not collect the package for a long time, resulting in return, delay, or destruction of the order, related fees and losses may be the customer’s responsibility.

17. Cancellation Notice for Personal Care Products

SOFIRABATH sells personal care products such as exfoliating gloves, bath poufs, washcloths, bath towels, body brushes, bath brushes, and SPA care sets.

If an order has already been shipped, the customer should inspect the product condition before using it after receiving the item.

If the product has been used, washed, come into contact with the body, or if the packaging has been opened in a way that affects hygiene safety, it usually cannot be returned or refunded, unless otherwise required by law or unless we confirm after review that there is a clear quality issue, incorrect item, missing item, or shipping damage.

This page mainly explains the cancellation conditions and process before an order is shipped.

If the issue involves refund amount, refund method, refund timing, partial refund, or non-refundable situations, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean the order can definitely be canceled. Whether an order can be canceled depends on the current order status and customer service review result.
